What happens during the Power of Relationships Group?

The Power of Relationships Group is focused on real-time relationships.

The heart of the work is what’s happening in your life right now. Each week, members bring whatever feels most alive, and the group uses the conversation as a way to notice patterns as they unfold. How you show up with others, what you hold back, what happens when you feel misunderstood or challenged, and what you do when you want closeness but aren’t sure how to reach for it.

In this virtual group, you’ll practice naming your feelings and needs, working through conflict with more skill, and building relationships that support growth, resilience, and genuine connection. Topics may include:

  • Working through interpersonal challenges

  • Taking emotional risks

  • Communicating with clarity and kindness

  • Advocating for your needs and boundaries

  • Relating to others with more honesty and ease

  • Navigating conflict with skill and repair

  • Building emotional range without getting flooded

This group helps you leave with more language for your experience, without pressure to choose a label.
