  • The practice offers both virtual and in-person options.

  • Aim Psych offers sessions virtually and in person. In person sessions can occur at our offices (various locations around Los Angeles) or virtually via phone or Zoom. We also provide concierge care, we are logistically agile and will come to you.

  • We’re not a traditional private or group practice. Aim Psych is a collective of independent, licensed therapists, doctors, coaches, and clinicians with diverse specializations who come together under one umbrella. Each is a leader in their own work while also collaborating with colleagues, which allows us to offer a wider range of specialties and perspectives.

  • We’ll begin with an informal consultation to assess our mutual fit. If we both agree, we’ll proceed to a formal consultation and assessment, where we’ll explore your goals, needs, and clinical chemistry. This session will inform a comprehensive proposal that integrates your expressed goals with our professional input into a treatment plan. At this stage, the appropriate therapist(s) and/or specialist(s) will be assigned to you.

  • Though sometimes therapy is an ongoing, ever-evolving trajectory of growth, we also believe that for some men a goal of therapy is to leave therapy. Part of our job is to help support the most effective and efficient therapeutic experience possible. A key value of the team approach is that it optimizes your timeline so you get the $#@! out of therapy and into your life. We won’t rush this, but we’ll be evaluating it earnestly in the later stage of the work together.

  • Our clinicians range from $250-500 hourly depending a variety of circumstances (duration, modality, frame, etc).

  • Aim Psych is an out-of-network (OON) private practice provider. We offer superbills for most services, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary depending on your insurance plan.

  • Your experience with us can be simple by design and singular in nature by working with just one of us. You can also expand and adjust over time to include other team members. We are intentionally nimble, adaptive and flexible in our process.
