Men’s Process Group
Group Therapy for Men
A place for fraternity, intimacy, growth, strength, compassion, and fearlessness.

Aim Psych’s weekly Men’s Process Group offers the structure to face what hurts and the support to embrace your authentic self unapologetically, alongside other men doing the work.

Alex is straightforward, dynamic, instinctual, and candid. He specializes in men’s addiction and recovery, EMDR, fatherhood, and parenting dynamics, and the “worried well,” including high-achieving and creative men who may look fine on the outside but feel underlying dissatisfaction, frustration, or pain. He is skilled in addressing anger, intimacy, and sexuality, anxiety, career and identity concerns, and the impact of life transitions on a man’s mental health and sense of masculinity.

Group Facilitator
Life happens in relationships, so meaningful growth often does too. A process group gives you a live environment to practice the kinds of conversations most men rarely get to have, with structure, accountability, and support.
Process groups are where insight becomes practice, and practice becomes change.
What is a process group?
A process group is group therapy that centers on relationships, emotions, and patterns as they show up in the group. You get to explore how you connect, protect yourself, and respond to others in real time.
What happens during a process group?
Guided facilitation: Trained facilitators help the group stay grounded, safe, and emotionally honest.
A small, consistent group: Members commit to meeting weekly and building trust over time.
Support and shared insight: You connect with other men who support you, challenge you, and benefit from your perspective.
Real-time feedback: You learn how your patterns land with others and have the opportunity to try something different.
Practical impact: Many men notice stronger communication, greater emotional range, and more capacity to stay present in difficult conversations.
